TE Connectivity receives the award as "Top Employer" in the technology category

The company was certified in Germany by the Top Employer Institute

TE Connectivity (TE), a leading global provider of connectivity and sensor solutions, has announced its recognition by the Top Employer Institute (TEI) as one of the best employers in Germany in the technology category. It is the result of a multi-stage certification process that includes a validation process and an independent audit.

Recognition by the Top Employer Institute follows a multi-stage evaluation process in which personnel planning, talent strategy and acquisition, corporate culture, performance management, career planning, and other employee metrics are assessed. Only employers that meet TEI's highest standards receive the award and certification.

TE has been recognized by the Institute's certification for more than ten years. "This year's award clearly shows TE Connectivity's consistent efforts to offer excellent career opportunities and to promote attractive working conditions for technical professionals and engineers," said Regine Gengnagel, TE Connectivity Germany GmbH. "In addition, the company offers many opportunities for students and young professionals. Double degree programs, initiatives and support for diploma theses, international exchange programs for young professionals and mentoring programs help us to recruit and develop top talent.

With more than 14,000 patents, TE is one of the 100 most innovative companies worldwide. Its advanced connectivity and sensor solutions detect and transmit power, data and signals in connected vehicles, smart buildings, next-generation factories, medical devices, power grids and more. Every day, its more than 7,000 engineers work with customers around the world to find solutions to their demanding design challenges.

"To be recognized as a top employer, an organization must demonstrate that the implementation of its human resources strategies enriches the working environment of its employees," said David Plink, CEO of the Top Employer Institute. "The certified participants are an excellent example of commitment to the way people work, as they continually strive to empower their employees for a better world of work."
