DUALIS GmbH IT Solution is specialized in the development of software and services in the field of simulation and production planning. The portfolio also includes the reselling of the 3D simulation platform Visual Components as well as the development of add-ons for this solution. With the new release 4.6, the next generation of the 3D simulation solution is now available.
Simulation processes are now even easier: For example, improved process modeling is now available. This provides further options for the simulation of complex production processes. Improvements in the process flow editor give users more control over their process flows. Also new is an FBX exporter for exporting and importing 3D layouts and models in this file format.
A highlight of the Visual Components 4.6 release is a new plug-in for ABB connectivity. This allows 3D simulation with the ABB robot to connect directly to the physical or virtual ABB controller. This gives users an accurate representation of robot trajectories. The native connection of Visual Components with ABB robots can increase productivity in a wide range of applications. The plugin supports creating digital twins and performing virtual commissioning - on one platform.
For robot simulation, DUALIS also offers the Delfoi Robotics software suite, which is built on Visual Components. [...] "Offline programming offers many advantages. For example, an existing robot system can continue to operate without restriction during programming.
