Retail Solutions Expands European Operations to Meet Global Demand for its Collaboration and On-Shelf Availability Solutions

RSi Europe on Pace to Grow Revenues by 40 Percent in 2014

Retail Solutions Inc. (RSi), a global provider of cloud-based, Big Data analytics and real-time intelligence for the consumer-products industry, today announced the expansion of its operations in Europe. Since the opening of its European headquarters in London in 2011, the company has experienced double-digit revenue growth and is on pace to increase revenues again this year by an estimated 40 percent.

To meet the accelerated demand for its data platform throughout the region and the world, RSi Europe nearly doubled its headcount over the last two years. This follows a general trend at RSi with more than half of the company's 360 employees currently deployed outside the United States.

"Four years ago, RSi set a strategic growth plan to build its global presence, establishing collaborative retailer-supplier business processes and RSi Europe as a leading vendor in the burgeoning field of Big Data," said Peter Rieman, COO of RSi. Available in nine languages, many of the world's largest brands have deployed RSi globally and across multiple teams. At RSi's top 70 customers, more than 400 retailer teams use RSi daily to ensure products are on the shelf, every day, in every store. RSi Europe has increased its customer base from 22 customers in 2011 to more than 50 in 2013.
