Over the past 12 months, businesses around the globe have had to transform faster than they could have ever anticipated. In 2020, DocuWare saw a global increase in cloud customers of almost 40%, pushing their total number of active cloud customers past 4,000.

For example, since the 2020 lockdown, France has led the way in DocuWare cloud customers with growth numbers of +50%, Spain and the DACH countries (Austria, Germany and Switzerland) follow closely with growths of 49%, the UK growth is 32% while the Americas region exhibits growth of 28%.
