It will give customers a clear picture of both the real-time utilization and health of their instruments, wherever they are in the world.
Smart Manager brings everything together in one simple web-based dashboard, accessible instantly by whoever is needed: from site managers to service engineers at remote sites.
It is also continually analyzing data – monitoring many instrument variables and flagging anomalies in real time. It’s like having a new trusted team member who’s completely dedicated to getting the most out of the instruments.
