At the booth Hanwha Q CELLS will focus on its global premium product brand "Q CELLS," which has just received the seal "Top PV Brand Europe" from the independent EuPD Research institute for being one of the most trusted PV brands in Europe. Q CELLS will present its full range of high-end performance and quality products, solutions and services: The again improved Q.PRO-G4 is nothing but the benchmark in BSF-based (back-surface-field) modules, as proven by Q.PRO lately defending its title as the best polycrystalline module in the independent yearly Photon yield measurement in real life conditions. The unique Q.ANTUM module range, based on a sophisticated cell-architecture invented, developed and fully commercialized by Q CELLS, impresses with the next level of performance, quality and design. Q CELLS's innovational power and technology leadership will be shown in a Q.ANTUM half-cell module prototype that pushes power and aesthetics even further. Q.ANTUM technology brings performance, quality and design to the next level
One major attraction at the booth will be Q CELLS' next generation Q.ANTUM technology -- the record-breaking cell architecture improving power output (up to 12%), low-light- and temperature-behavior, while at the same time offering all of Q CELLS' VDE certified quality standards like Anti-PID protection, Hot-spot protect and Tra.Q laser marking. What's more: Q.ANTUM will be showcased in blue and dark designs, thus undocking the PV user from the basic decision for multi or mono. The main modules of the Q.ANTUM range at Intersolar will be the Q.PLUS in versions with 60 cells (up to 280W) and 72 cells (up to 340W). Q CELLS' technology leadership will be impressively underlined by the Q.PEAK half-cell prototype. This all Q.ANTUM prototype reaches power classes of up to 290W and is set to challenge expensive mono products.
Q.PRO defends title in Photon's yield test and Q CELLS is again a "Top PV Brand Europe"
When it comes to performance and reliability on standard BSF, Q CELLS' Q.PRO solar module series remains No. 1: Q.PRO just won the full-year yield measurement of the independent Photon laboratory in 2014 for the second consecutive year. Q.PRO outperformed not only all polycrystalline competitors but also most of the mono-crystalline modules in the test of 174 modules in total. Q.PRO performed superior especially during morning and evening times as well as in cloudy conditions, thus underlining what a difference excellent low-light behavior makes in real life.
What's more: Q CELLS has again been awarded the "Top PV Brand Europe" in the installer monitor of independent EuPD research institute. In an independent study conducted among installers in Germany, France and Italy, the brand achieved top results compared to other manufacturers.
