To work on an e-bike? THIMM makes it possible with (e-)bike leasing for our employees.
THIMM employees at all German locations have been able to lease e-bikes through the company since 2019, which they can also use privately without restriction. The idea for this came from a THIMM employee portal where all employees can communicate their ideas, suggestions and challenges and exchange ideas with colleagues.
What started as a good idea in 2018 is now a fully integrated offer that is gladly used - more than 400 bikes have already been leased by employees.
"The (e-)bike leasing is a super thing that has absolutely paid off for us as a small family. The offer that an additional bike can be leased for the partner rounds off the whole thing very positively," says Dominik Hassinger, employee at THIMM in Wörrstadt. Katrin Sommer, an employee at THIMM in Northeim, is also enthusiastic: "I chose a high-quality e-bike from one of the certified specialist dealers. The effective monthly charge is relatively low and the costs for the insurance are covered by THIMM. That's super."
