SoftServe today announced it has collaborated with Intel®, the world's largest semiconductor chip maker, to investigate the opportunities offered by one of the main tools for researches in the IoT field - Intel® Edison Platform. Intel Corporation designs and builds the essential technologies that serve as the foundation for the world's computing devices. Intel also manufactures the world's first commercially available "conflict-free" microprocessors. Recognizing the extensive experience of SoftServe's Internet of Things experts, Intel offered the company use of the Edison Platform to lower the barriers to entry for quick prototyping and productizing the connected computing devices driving the next industrial revolution.
Intel® Edison technology was designed specifically for the makers and creators of connected devices: emerging entrepreneurs eager to invent the future. It combines a small, powerful, adaptable hardware platform and partner-enabled ecosystem with extended software compatibility and supportive online environment.
