Neschen Coating GmbH, a manufacturer of printing media, functional and repair films, laminators and industrial coating solutions, and Spennare AB, a developer and distributor of display systems, belonging to the Blue Cap Group, will be represented in Sweden and Norway by a joint sales company as of September. Neschen is thus expanding the distribution network of the Filmolux subsidiaries to Scandinavia for the first time.
The Filmolux Group represents its own distribution channel for Neschen products and related merchandise and is therefore a unique selling point for Neschen in the European competition. In addition to the new location in Sweden, Filmolux is already represented in Italy, France, Benelux, Austria, Germany and, since the beginning of June this year, in Switzerland.
This time, the newly founded subsidiary is not a wholly-owned subsidiary of Neschen Coating GmbH, but rather a joint venture with Spennare AB, which has been successfully active in the Scandinavian market for many years. "We would like to bring our products deeper into the Scandinavian market and are delighted to have found a partner in Spennare who is already deeply rooted in this market and can thus exploit synergies between the individual companies," says Kai Tittgemeyer, Managing Director of Neschen Coating GmbH. The newly established subsidiary in Stockholm, Sweden will in future be responsible not only for the Swedish market but also for the Norwegian market and will also serve Iceland.
Spennare AB also sees many advantages in the cooperation.

Johan Söderberg, who has been active in the Nordic market for many years in the distribution of printable media, has been appointed Managing Director of the new distribution company.
