Neschen Coating GmbH, part of the Blue Cap Group, a manufacturer of print media, functional and repair films, laminators and industrial coating solutions, and Spennare AB, developer and manufacturer of display systems, are from now on represented in Sweden and Norway.This is the first time that Neschen has expanded the sales network of the Filmolux subsidiaries to Scandinavia.
The Filmolux Group representsan own distribution channel for Neschen products and related merchandise and therefore gives Neschen an advantage towards its European competition. In addition to the new location in Sweden, Filmolux is already represented in Italy, France, Benelux, Austria, Germany and, since the beginning of June this year, in Switzerland.
The newly founded location is not a full subsidiary of Neschen Coating, but rather a joint venture with Spennare AB, which has been operating successfully in the Scandinavian market for many years. "We want to bring our products further into the Scandinavian market and are pleased, that with Spennare, we have found a partner who is already deeply rooted in that region and that, as a result, synergies of our two individual companies can beutilised" says Kai Tittgemeyer, Managing Director of Neschen Coating GmbH.
The newly established office in Stockholm, Sweden is not only serving the Swedish, but also the Norwegian and Icelandic market.
Spennare AB sees many advantages in the cooperation as well.
