Ambassador Antalis will debut its new Masterline® ePacker, showcase the latest addition to the Lantech stretch wrap systems and present more of its product innovations at Logistics Link Live (4-5 June, NEC Birmingham) on Stand 102. Visitors will see how its wide range of packaging solutions can ultimately improve their businesses efficiency, and with the right investment, improve logistics costs and reduce wastage.
The latest Lantech Q300XT stretch wrap system follows the popular Q-300 model but with added automation, allowing for the patented Cut and Clamp® to automatically capture stretch film and cut it at the end of the wrap cycle.
With no scheduled preventative maintenance required, the Q300XT can save up to two minutes of labour for forklift drivers per load and offers the lowest cost of wrapping loads while providing maximum load containment and efficiency.
The new Masterline® ePacker will make its debut appearance at the show prior to its official launch later this summer. A 'table-top' air cushion machine weighing only 6kg, five different types of air cushions can be processed to meet all protective packaging needs.
Also on display from the Masterline® range will be the 410T Strapping Machine and the 320 Case Sealer. The 410T is an easy-to-use semi-automatic table strapping machine, designed for the sealing of shipping packages, strapping of cardboard boxes and bailing. Its advantages include a simple reel swap, manual adjustable strap tensioning, a quiet sealing head and mobility for flexible applications, as well as simple installation and operation and ease of use.
The 320 Case Sealer provides automatic closing of boxes on the top and bottom with tape and is suitable for use in various industries such as logistics, retailers, wholesalers and within the food industry in areas such as baking and butchery. Its effortless adjustment for various case sizes and adjustable tape tension/pressure/knife is also low maintenance and has low pricing on spare parts.
Void fill solutions will be represented by WrapPak® - the paper packaging converter that gives excellent protection and securely wraps products and provides lining or separation functionality. WrapPak® produces PaperWrap pads in exact lengths rather than 12 in. perforations, therefore reducing waste and costs, at a speed of 18in. per second. With three modes of operation, it can be tailored to specific applications and utilises 100% biodegradable, recyclable and renewable paper.
The Airspeed 5000 Air Cushion Machine produces pillows for void-fill, cushioning and containment needs – chains of air cushions are created using ambient air, eliminating the need for an external air supply source, making the unit truly portable.
