Compart is once again one of the top employers in the medium-sized business sector. This is the result of a study conducted by the business magazine FOCUS-Business in cooperation with the Kununu evaluation platform. This is the second time since 2019 that the globally active provider of software for omnichannel customer communication has been one of the most attractive companies in the IT industry in Germany.
The study analyzed more than 900,000 companies and around four million employee ratings on Kununu. From this, the study identified 3,400 top medium-sized employers in 35 sectors with headquarters in Germany. The final ranking is based on a points score (between 100 and 200) calculated from two factors: the average rating and the number of ratings on Kununu - based on the number of employees. This ensures that only companies with similar framework conditions are compared. The cut-off date for the survey was 9 April 2019.
According to FOCUS-Business, top employers are those with an average rating of at least 3.5 stars (scale from 1 to 5) and a recommendation rate of 70 percent or more.
Compart, headquartered in Böblingen, Germany, employs people from more than 20 nations and is characterized by, among other things, targeted personnel development. The company also relies on the recruitment of specialists abroad. For example, Compart was one of the companies in the Böblingen district that specifically recruited highly qualified personnel from countries within and outside the EU long before legal guidelines came into force.
The cornerstones of the personnel policy include long-term employment relationships, a balanced mix of experienced specialists and young professionals, a strong work-life balance and the intensive professional and private integration of foreign employees (including professional language courses, support in dealing with official requirements, joint leisure activities).
The company has also received several awards for its social commitment, including the "Entrepreneur Award 2016" from the Böblingen District Office and the Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration of the State of Baden-Württemberg.
