Ricoh presents AV integration opportunities and new technologies for the Digital Workplace at ISE 2020

Ricoh is showcasing its latest innovations to support collaboration, productivity and performance in the workplace at ISE 2020. Ricoh is underlining its role as a Workplace-as-a-Service provider and global AV integrator by showcasing its continually evolving Communication Services portfolio and new proactive AV Managed Service. The ISE is the world's largest AV exhibition and will take place at Amsterdam's RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre from February 11th to 14th.

Ricoh's experts at the show will demonstrate how the technology company's global presence, consistent solution design, procurement tools and world-class supply chain enable customers worldwide to implement consistent technology standards in the workplace.

AV Managed Service experts will also explain how the Ricoh AV Network Operations Centre in Poland can support customers with remote management expertise, tools and best practices. The facility provides a centralised knowledge base and a single point of contact for different levels of support across the EMEA region to assist customers.

Another highlight at the Ricoh stand is the new Ricoh Collaboration Board. The Collaboration Board is a further development of Ricoh's Interactive Whiteboards and features an intelligent design, up to 75-inch screen, intuitive user interface and advanced AV settings. The product range is designed to enhance collaboration in corporate environments and beyond. The new Collaboration Board will be available from mid 2020.

In addition, Ricoh will be presenting its Interactive Whiteboard Add-On Services for Office365, the Ricoh Integrated Collaboration Cloud (RICC) with AI-based user support and the Reactive Suite live at ISE. Visitors to the Ricoh stand will also be able to find out more about the company's extended portfolio of solutions for intelligent conference rooms, video and collaboration, digital signage and workplace management.

Ricoh's AV experts can be found at stand A110 in hall 11 in the Unified Communications area. In addition to product demonstrations, they will also show how companies can introduce more innovative ways of working and make better use of existing workstations. Visitors to the Ricoh stand can also win a Theta V 360 camera every day.
