Phoseon Technology will introduce its new UV LED FireJet™ FJ645 flexographic solution that includes a market-leading three-year warranty, at Labelexpo Europe 2019.
This new product is a self-contained air-cooled curing lamp for flexographic applications. It has increased total UV output power performance for superior dose delivery, an advanced control interface and is available in lamp lengths up to 525mm.
The FJ645 was designed for press manufacturers and converters looking for market-leading performance and digital control. The wider emitting window provides longer UV exposure time, which improves through-cure and adhesion of difficult to cure materials; especially OPVs and dense blacks.
The FJ645 has the performance necessary to increase speed capabilities of market leading digital printers and hybrid presses.
In addition, the FJ645 supports patented technology enhancements such as WhisperCure™, TargetCure™ and TargetSure™ Technologies, a patent-pending technology that monitors UV irradiance in real-time.
