Together with the TechSem working group members, presenters and the Brussels Marriott Hotel we have decided today to postpone the Afera Technical Seminar 2020 to Monday 24 – Wednesday 26 August 2020.
It was an inevitable decision we saw coming with the rapid spread of the COVID19 (‘Corona’) virus in Europe and the rest of the world.
Soon we will let you know what the procedure is with your booked rooms at the Brussels Marriott. If you don’t hear from me the hotel will contact you directly to see whether they can re-book your room or whether you would like to cancel it.
When you are available on the new dates and would like to participate in our event and you registered with us already, you don’t need to do anything.
If you want to cancel please inform us.
The programme will stay pretty much the same, probably only 1 or 2 slots will change. Naturally we keep you informed on all further developments via the digital newsletter system or on the dedicated event website which we will alter soon with the new dates.
