UPM Raflatac’s RafCycle™ recycling service has been awarded the Worldstar 2024 Award in the “Packaging Materials and Components” category at the Global Packaging Awards organized by the World Packaging Organization (WPO). The awards recognize the latest advancements in packaging design and technology and create a living standard of international packaging excellence from which others may learn. This year, the WorldStar winners were selected from 435 entries from 41 countries.
RafCycle is a label release liner waste recycling service offered by UPM Raflatac. By collecting and recycling the release liner waste through RafCycle, companies can support the circular economy. RafCycle is recognized for its cost efficiency, transparency, and hands-on support from experts whenever its partners need it.
