Your Print Specialists (YPS), based in Newcastle, has become the latest reseller of Agfa’s inkjet printing solutions in the UK, a partnership that will see them add the Anapurna engine and associated software and consumables to their portfolio of print brands.

On a booth themed ‘Strategic growth. Sustainable success’, inkjet printing solutions provider Agfa will highlight its latest innovations at FESPA in Munich (23-26 May).
According to Arnaud Calleja, Vice President of Digital Printing Solutions at Agfa, “Of course, we are thrilled to showcase our latest printing innovations at FESPA.

Azonprinter is always strengthening its position on the market by presenting its solutions live. We will bring out our latest innovations to light in Slovenia on the 5th and 6th of April 2023, in collaboration with RICOH.
Our machines will be shown in the Ljubljana Pavilion- hall Jurček (Dunajska cesta 18).

Ultraflex Europe, based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, has become a reseller for Agfa products. It’s a partnership that will see them add Agfa’s large-format inkjet print engines, associated software and consumables to their print media supplies business.

Lancashire-based trade printer, Super-Wide Digital (SWD) has invested in its second Agfa print engine. They will largely use their new Avinci engine to produce backlit textile graphics for POS and exhibition work.

Geneva-based market research institute Infosource collects annual statistics on sales of large format printers in Europe. They have just published the figures for 2022. From this it emerges that yet again, the Nyala model from swissQprint leads in the category ‘UV flatbed/hybrid printers >60” (152.4 cm) wide in the 130,000 – 500,000 EUR price segment’. And this for an astounding eight years in a row.
