Localisation and customisation: the strategy adopted by Pixartprinting to conquer new foreign markets has concretely translated into the opening of 5 new online shops in Romania, Holland, Sweden, Russia and Poland, totalling 11 "virtual shops" each of which speaks the language of their respective target country. "We are striving to implement geo-marketing strategies, setting up different approaches to suit our individual clients' consumer habits" – comments Andrea Pizzola, Pixartprinting's Sales and Marketing Director– "Each Nation mirrors different cultures, purchasing habits and hours, but also different needs and rules. To support our expansion abroad it is essential to get to know these countries in depth so as to provide effective answers to their specific needs".

Pixartprinting's mission has always been to focus on its clients and to simplify their lives. As a result, it is essential to speak their language, both literally and metaphorically. To do so, the company has created dedicated on-line shops with local dominions, dedicated workflows and mother-tongue customer care staff. In addition, for bi- or multi-lingual nations, such as Belgium or Switzerland, customers are directly rerouted to the dominant language based on the IP of their region they live in.

Another major asset is that the virtual showcase is constantly refreshed based on a client-centric approach, to welcome the user in a friendly, safe and comfortable environment, which is easy to browse and characterised by utmost transparency. This approach is testified by the recent introduction of Reevoo, an independent system to measure customer satisfaction. A pioneer by choice, Pixartprinting is the first W2P worldwide to implement this system to assess products and services offered. Reevoo allows users to view the opinions given by other clients: the reviews are certified by an external company and, as such, are absolutely reliable. Recently implemented in the Italian shop, it already includes more than 3,200 reviews, of which 96% express general satisfaction. Currently being deployed in Spain, France, Portugal and Germany, Reevoo will gradually be introduced in all Pixartprinting shops.

The result is a blend of different strategies focusing on customer satisfaction and developed along international lines. The e-commerce showcases that have just been inaugurated add to those already up and running in Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German, all showing constant growth trends. Undisputed leader in Italy, Pixartprinting is becoming a consolidated presence in the countries where it has traditionally done well, namely French-speaking countries, that account for a stable percentage of the company's growing turnover (approx. 25%). It is also very successful in recently acquired countries, including Spain and Portugal, where record growth rates were achieved in the last year. Amongst the 'new entries', good levels of performance were achieved in Germany which is a mature market in terms of both offer and demand and which many consider to be an interesting playing field. "Competition in this market is fierce and has encouraged us and driven us to set up dedicated strategies" – continues Andrea Pizzola – "Once again, the recipe based on localisation and customisation has been a winner". The next challenge for Pixartprinting? To conquer Romania, Holland, Sweden, Russia and Poland, where the Venetian company's trump will be once again to provide quality, comprehensive and reliable services, designed to simplify its customers lives.
