There is a change in leadership at Centrexpo Spa, the leading company of one of the top global event producing groups in the printing, packaging and processing industry and the owner of Ipack-Ima Spa.
The new president of Centrexpo Spa is Aldo Peretti, while Guido Corbella is confirmed in his role as CEO. The renewed board of directors includes Claudio Covini, Federico Cherubini, Silvana Canette, Marco Calcagni and former president Felice Rossini.
Peretti is CEO – and shareholder – of the Uteco Group, a world-leading company manufacturing printing and converting machinery. He is also vice President of Acimga (the Italian manufacturers association of machinery for the graphic, converting and paper industry) and replaces Felice Rossini, who had been holding the presidency of Centrexpo Spa since 1991.
"I am honoured to accept this appointment and I am fully aware of the responsibilities that my position entails, especially in light of the current economic difficulties - says Peretti. The presence of former president Felice Rossini on the board of directors, which I strongly recommended, secures the benefits of his extensive experience to the company and ensures continuity in its management along with Guido Corbella as CEO".
