Reflex Group invests €2 million in Grafotronic machines

Reflex Group, a leading global label and packaging producer, has announced a significant investment of €2 million in a suite of Grafotronic machines to be installed at multiple facilities across their global footprint.

This strategic investment includes a mix of Grafotronic DCL machines, ranging from 350 to 550 mm in width, along with an advanced DCL Haptic embellishing line.
The decision to invest in Grafotronic’s cutting-edge equipment aligns with Reflex Group’s commitment to maintaining a leading edge in innovative, high-quality label production. With over two decades of experience, Reflex Group is known for its dedication to sustainability and technological advancements in the label and packaging industry.
Paul Hughes, Managing Director at Grafotronic UK, said: “The purchase from Reflex Labels sends a clear signal to the UK label industry that Grafotronic has arrived. With 20 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing innovate digital finishing machines in Europe and the US, I am proud to now be bringing this experience to the UK market. This deal marks our intentions to grow in the UK and I am committed to bringing new customers onboard in both the UK and Republic of Ireland.”
The Grafotronic DCL series is renowned for its flexibility, speed, and advanced automation features. The fully modular design of these machines allows for seamless integration into Reflex’s existing production workflows, providing high-speed finishing solutions that are both operator-independent and highly efficient. The inclusion of the DCL Haptic embellishing line further enhances the range of finishing options available, enabling Reflex to offer unique, tactile effects that elevate the quality of their labels.
The installation of these machines is scheduled to begin in the autumn of 2024, marking a significant milestone in Reflex Group’s ongoing journey toward excellence in label and packaging production.
