Resource Label Group, LLC (“Resource Label”), a full-service provider of pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC technology for the packaging industry, today announced that it has acquired Ingenious Packaging (“Ingenious”), a leader in the field of innovative labelling solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Resource Label is a long-standing portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital, a private investment firm, and TPG Growth, the middle market and growth equity investment platform of TPG, which joined the Resource Label sponsorship group as a significant investor in May 2018.

RF Industries Acquires Comnet Telecom Supply, Inc.

RF INDUSTRIES, LTD. (NASDAQ: RFIL) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of East Brunswick, New Jersey-based Comnet Telecom Supply, Inc. ("Comnet"), a supplier of telecommunications and data products, for a total purchase price of $4,150,000, consisting of $3,050,000 in cash, and 252,381 shares of RFI's common stock valued at $1,060,000. Privately-owned Comnet had revenues of approximately $9.6 million for the twelve-month period ended October 31, 2014.

Richards Packaging Income Fund announces acquisition

Richards Packaging Income Fund (TSX: RPI.UN) (the "Fund") announces today the acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Healthmark Services Ltd. ("Healthmark"), the leading Canadian provider of sterile IV, chemo and oral drug packaging and dispensing systems to the health care industry. The purchase price of $16.8 million was financed by a $15.0 million increase to the term credit and a $1.8 million draw down on the revolving credit.
