In 2016 Photobook Worldwide was looking for a comprehensive solution to cater to its complex needs across multiple product ranges and markets. The objectives behind the change were to have a UI/UX that could meet the modern customer’s requirements, as well as reshape customer journey and user flow for different products. At the same time, the company didn’t want to resign from their current solution and the home-build app, so they need products that will be flexible enough to integrate with their complex software ecosystem.
From the moment Photobook Worldwide moved to Printbox, they have registered web-generated revenue increased by up to 100% as well as a decrease in their bounce rates by up to 50%.
The other important factor was the need for complex administration options, connected with an impressive number of product types. Thanks to the effective Printbox admin panel, they manage to significantly reduce the time needed for photo products management.
All the above changes were introduced without infringing Photobook Worldwide existing infrastructure. The company is still using its e-commerce and in-house build app.
