Announcing new distributor agreement for the polish market between BCN3D and Global 3D

BCN3D and Global 3D are pleased to announce their partnership with a Distribution Agreement. Global 3D is now entitled to distribute across the polish market the well-known BCN3D’s Sigma and Sigmax, as well as the full range of filaments, accessories and spare parts.

The global expansion momentum has also reached the polish boot, where the existing BCN3D’s presence will be strengthen by one of the most fast-growing distributor on the polish landscape of desktop 3d printers. Thanks to the new strategic partnership, polish companies, universities and all industries and professionals will benefit from the best of BCN3D and Global 3D: cutting-edge technology and high-quality after sales service.

The new agreement will reinforce both parties, as BCN3D’s distribution network gained a reliable partner that will boost its sales and brand awareness in Poland, while 3DP world's position will be consolidated as experienced distributor and additive manufacturing solution provider with a portfolio that includes brands leader in 3D printing and 3D scanning.

“We are pleased to cooperate with Global 3D, which will support us to increase the sales in a polish market that has high potential for the IDEX system and the distinctive duplication, mirror and multimaterial printing mode. The considerable experience in additive manufacturing combined with a top-quality technical know-how makes Global 3D the right fit to help us to grow and serve polish customers in an excellent way”, states Xavi Martínez Faneca, CEO of BCN3D Technologies.

“When it comes to a powerful, hassle-free machine, the BCN3D Sigma R19 has it all. This professional-grade 3D printer offers effortless printing, smooths out workflows and boasts an Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX) system to boot. With features like duplication and mirror mode, your productivity can be easily doubled. The Sigma R19 also gives you the ability to build complex geometries using multi-material printing”, said Martínez Faneca.

“3D printers can be used by professionals and hobbyists. These devices allow you to create a variety of objects of various shapes. Conducting product models with traditional methods can take a long time and be unprofitable financially. 3D printing is a modern technology that allows you to prepare realistic prototypes in a short time and at a small cost. It is easy to create even very complex shapes, which allows you to make improvements and improve projects smoothly and this 3D technology will be very important in Poland for universities, education sector and all industries like automotive and others”, said CEO’s Global 3D Bartomiej Kozak.

The BCN3D Sigma R19 printer offers exceptional performance straight out of the box and comes with guides and accessories for simple maintenance. Standing top of the pile for multi-material printing remains the ultra-premium Ultimaker S5, although the BCN3D Sigma R19 is nipping at its heels as with its extraordinary value proposition and productivity-boosting IDEX system.
BCN3D IDEX’s technology

BCN3D’s Sigma R19 uses an Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX) system for printing multiple materials in the same job, or, and here’s why it rules, simultaneously. Indeed for boosting productivity, the Sigma boasts a few print modes that put both print heads to work at the same time, increasing output without skipping a beat.

3D printing is gaining in popularity and is increasingly used in various industries. The popularity of 3D printers also drives the development of the entire 3D printing industry and increases the range of applications. They are becoming more and more commonplace. As their popularity grows, the number of applications increases. They are mainly used for prototypes and models. As of today, 3D printing is already present in almost every industry ranging from the advertising, automotive, plastics, or aerospace industries. The use of 3D printers enables rapid prototyping of complex electronic components and parts for a variety of devices in larger companies.
The BCN3D Sigma & Sigmax R19

BCN3D and 3DP share the same vision regarding the future of 3d printing: both companies aims to revolutionise and innovate the way in which traditional manufacturing and prototyping is performed.

Following its innovation spirit, BCN3D released the new generation of FFF 3D printers in September 2018: the Sigma R19 and the Sigmax R19. These new printers introduced the disruptive IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) system: a new double extrusion technology that delivers high-resolution, multi-material parts simply and effectively. IDEX equips BCN3D printers with two exclusive and highly productive print modes: mirror and duplication. These modes allow to print the same model, or its symmetrical, with both toolheads simultaneously, and consequently, double the production capacity.
