Former KeyedIn customer brings a unique perspective to the software provider
KeyedIn Solutions, a software company innovating in the Cloud through SaaS and PaaS technologies, today announced that sign manufacturing expert Bob Radder joined the company as Senior Implementation Manager.
Radder first became familiar with KeyedIn Solutions while serving as Vice President and General Manager of Graphic House Inc., a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of custom signs and graphic systems. Graphic House is a long-time customer of KeyedIn Manufacturing – Sign Edition, an ERP system developed exclusively for the unique needs of custom sign manufacturers.
As a former customer, Radder has first-hand knowledge of the power of KeyedIn software and the value it brings to manufacturers. "For many small manufacturers, visibility into the business and the production process is key," said Radder. "I experienced how KeyedIn Manufacturing – Sign Edition brings together sales and production, solves problems, and helps employees identify new opportunities across the business."
An avid fan of both the software and the company, Radder decided to leave retirement to join KeyedIn to help customers fully realize the benefits of the software. He will apply his decades of manufacturing operations, leadership, change management, sales and customer relationship experience to advocate on behalf of customers.
