Lifestyle Brand Print Syndicate Names Retail Veteran, former Vice Chairman of Limited Brands Dr. Leonard Schlesinger, to Board of Directors

Company also receives Forbes Most Promising Companies accolade to start 2015

Print Syndicate, a leading apparel and home goods e-commerce company, today announced the appointment of Dr. Leonard Schlesinger to its Board of Directors. A seasoned expert in consumer retail and entrepreneurship, Dr. Schlesinger has held executive leadership positions at Limited Brands (including Victoria's Secret) and Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc., and currently serves as Baker Foundation Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.

Dr. Schlesinger's appointment coincides with Print Syndicate's recent inclusion on Forbes Magazine's list of America's Most Promising Companies for 2015. The fourth annual list recognizes the leading privately held, high-growth companies with compelling business models, strong management teams and notable investors. Founded in 2012, Print Syndicate was chosen based on its unique social trend-driven business model and growing profitability, reaching over $14 million in revenue in under two years. The company also announced a $4.25 million round of financing last October that included retail heavyweights from Shoebuy.com (Data Point Capital), Groupon (Lightbank), and Tony Hsieh (through the Vegas Tech Fund).

"We are honored to have Len join Print Syndicate's board at such an exciting time in our company's expansion," said Tanisha Robinson, CEO and co-founder of Print Syndicate. "As a seasoned retail expert and innovative thought leader, I'm confident that Len's oversight and approach will push our business to the next level as we continue to grow into a top consumer destination for apparel and home goods."

In addition to his position at Harvard Business School, Dr. Schlesinger previously served as president of Babson College which houses one of the top entrepreneurship programs in the country. In the retail sector, he most recently acted as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer at Limited Brands. While there, Schlesinger led efforts on Victoria's Secret, Limited Stores, Bath and Body Works, C.O. Bigelow, Express, Henri Bendel, and the White Barn Candle Company. Dr. Schlesinger also currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and Board Member for Restoration Hardware, Inc. He is also a Special Advisor to Data Point Capital, one of the leading venture capital firms focused on the internet.

"I am thrilled to join the Print Syndicate board and have the opportunity to work with this remarkable team," said Dr. Schlesinger. "I look forward to contributing to the impressive momentum they've seen and helping them achieve long-term success with their unique model."
