Notification of the Passing of OMRON Honorary Advisor, Yoshio Tateishi

It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Yoshio Tateishi, Honorary Advisor and former President and CEO of OMRON Corporation. He passed away at 12:07 am, April 21st, 2020.

OMRON would like to express our sincere appreciation for the support and friendship extended to him during his lifetime.
The wake and funeral ceremonies (Chief mourner: Ikuo Tateishi) will be limited to close family members. Please note that line with the current measures limiting movement and social contact to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infections, the Tateishi family respectfully asks mourners to refrain from paying their respects at this time. The bereaved family also requests mourners to refrain from making condolatory calls, offers of incense money, funeral offerings, and floral tributes.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding these arrangements.
