Russia and MENA conferences to follow successful DSS Europe
The first fruits of the union between invidis consulting and Integrated Systems Events have proven to be a resounding success cementing Digital Signage Summit Europe 2015 as the leading strategy conference for both digital signage and Digital-out-of-Home. There is now the promise of more to follow with up-and-coming DSS events scheduled for Russia and Dubai.
Digital Signage Summit Europe 2015 took place in early September and featured more than 40 speakers and attracted close to 500 international delegates. The positive reaction to the conference follows on from the decision made in February for ISE to partner with leading digital signage experts invidis consulting.
At DSS Europe 2015 delegates were able to experience a compelling mix of panel discussions, workshops, presentations and networking opportunities with leading digital signage end-users and vendors. Delegates and exhibitors also responded positively to the newly introduced matchmaking service which was used by attendees to set up business meetings with one another.
invidis consulting's Managing Director Florian Rotberg commented: "It demonstrated perfectly what the joint venture between invidis and ISE is capable of." Rotberg confirmed that they planned to extend the matchmaking service to future events and that DSS Europe would be extended to a two-day conference for 2016.
The focus now shifts to two forthcoming Digital Signage Summit conferences. The next event is scheduled for the Expocentre, Moscow on 28-29 October. Chaired by Florian Rotberg, Digital Signage Summit Russia, will feature an exclusive opening forum focussing on Museums and Exhibition spaces which will be moderated by Alexei Bogdanov, Deputy Director of The State Hermitage Museum.
On Day 2 there will be a keynote presentation from Rotberg plus case study sessions covering the following areas: Quick Service Restaurants, Cosmetics, Drugstores, Banking and Retail Jewellery outlets.
Two weeks later the inaugural Digital Signage Summit MENA will take place on the 16 November at the Conrad Hotel, Dubai. DSS MENA will examine global digital signage and DooH trends and how they can be adapted to the needs of the region. The conference will focus on smart innovations for digital communication and explore this through the themes of Smart Experience and Smart Advertising.
Chaired by Florian Rotberg, this one-day conference will include sessions on:
• Retail
• Regional Case Studies
• The Smart Experience in Malls and Hotels
• Smart Advertising
• Best Practice and Measurement and Metrics
Rotberg will again present the keynote speech. There will also be the opportunity for delegates to meet leading MENA and European digital signage experts, take part in a local tour, plus have access to products and services shown by event sponsoring companies.
Mike Blackman, Integrated Systems Events' Managing Director commented: "We are delighted with how the Digital Signage Summit series of conferences are delivering on our plan to enhance the European event and to take the DSS brand to a wider international audience."
