COVID 19 - IBIS Status Update

The UK Government has announced restrictions on all UK businesses. This means that most IBIS staff must at this time work from home. However, a small number of Sales and Service staff are currently attending the IBIS offices to answer telephones and react to customer requests for spare parts and technical support.

At the moment we are still able to prepare new IBIS machines for shipment and also deliver spare parts to our customers, providing that supply and transport limitations allow this.
While the Covid 19 restrictions are in place we are prevented from visiting customer sites. This means there will be some delay in providing on-site support.
Our sales team are working as normal to provide new machine quotations and react to all sales enquiries.
