AR Metallizing, a subsidiary of Nissha Co. Ltd (“Nissha”), listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE Code: 7915), announced today that it will change its name to Nissha Metallizing Solutions from today onwards. There are no changes to AR Metallizing’s operations, management, services and/or products. AR Metallizing has manufacturing sites in five countries (Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Italy and the US) and the name change will see all locations rebranded to Nissha Metallizing Solutions.
The name change reflects Nissha's vision to align the names of all its subsidiaries to create a more cohesive and recognizable brand on a global level. Nissha has had an impressive track record of growth through its international acquisition strategy, which has seen them acquire several companies over the past few years.
All five AR Metallizing plants were acquired between 2015 and 2020 by Nissha. The company is the global market leader in the manufacturing of metallized paper for the food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods industries and is quickly gaining attention as an eco-friendly alternative.

The name change is effective from today onwards. In the coming days the company will be updating company legal names, website, marketing collateral and e-mail addresses
