La Commerciale Borgogno joins the All4Labels Group

All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a leading international manufacturer of labelling solutions, as well as a pioneer in digital printing, is continuing its global growth strategy by welcoming in the Group La Commerciale Borgogno, one of the leading companies in Italy to produce pressure sensitive labels for the Wine & Spirits market. The company will be part of the All4Labels Group. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dacke Industri acquired, on October 3rd, 2023, the majority of MecVel Srl shares, a leading manufacturer and developer in the linear automation field of electric linear actuators and mechanical screw jacks.

This acquisition aligns with our ambition to grow and develop with companies focusing on their own products and customized components and systems. MecVel will be included in the Air Technology and Electromechanics division, where similar companies have significant knowledge that can contribute to the group.

HANZA interim report January–September 2023

HANZA reports increased sales in the third quarter of 2023 and expects growth to continue in 2024. The operating margin increased significantly and reached a record high, 9.3% (6.0). The positive earnings trend continues down to the bottom line where earnings per share increased by 66% to 1.21 (0.63).
