All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a leading international manufacturer and pioneer in sustainable and digital printing solutions, is consolidating its presence in LATAM by welcoming Maxcor Indústria de Etiquetas, a leading labelling company for the Chemicals & Oil market in Brazil and well-known for PSL production. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
