Esko, the global provider of integrated hardware and software for the packaging and labelling industry, has announced the appointment of Michael Ollitervo-Murphy as Senior Director Customer Success EMEA.
Ollitervo-Murphy, who joins Esko with over 25 years of business strategy and customer satisfaction development experience in the software, financial services and telecommunications industries, has full responsibility for the EMEA packaging provider software services organisation. His role includes management of software delivery, training, remote support, e-support, solution services and customer success processes.
