The Scodix Ultra 202 supports nine different applications for digital enhancements of offset, HP Indigo Electroink, inkjet and toner prints. These include Scodix Sense, Foil, VDE/VDP, Metallic, Spot, Cast&Cure, Glitter, Braille and Crystal enabling users to strengthen their competitive edge while opening the door to new market segments and wider revenue streams.
The press accommodates sheet sizes up to B2+ and substrate weights from 138 to 675 grams per square meter with a thickness of up to 700 microns (for hot and cold foil applications, roll widths from 50 to 500 millimeter with a maximum diameter of 30 centimeters can be enhanced). A wide variety of media, including paper, lamination, water-based coatings, PVC and carton enables outstanding surface finishings.
