The two-day event will take place on December 5-6, 2023, as a follow up to the North American launch of SD-Italy solutions in North America at PRINTING United in October 2023.

Graphco will be providing live demonstrations of the Augusta F150R Pro and the Augusta F1R-2 Pro throughout the two-day event. Representatives from SD-Italy will be present to provide a deeper dive into the technology and applications that are dominating these varied market segments. The engineering behind the Augusta line of products redefines CNC routing and cutting in a variety of ways. The Augusta F150R Pro boasts operating speeds of over 6.5 feet-per-second with 2G acceleration powered by an ElectroSpindle drive sized up to 13 kW. It has the 25 fully automated tools on board enabling hybrid operation from kiss-cut vinyl to 6” thick wood and dense foam.

The Augusta F150R Pro will put the spotlight on SD-Italy’s technological advantage by producing 11 different substrates during a roughly 20-minute live demonstration. These products include multiple versions of forex, alucobond, aluminum, plexiglass, plywood, high and medium density foam, and corrugated board produced consecutively without any operator intervention.
Augusta F1R-2 Pro
The Augusta F1R-2 Pro is the perfect digital finishing companion in the growing digital packaging market. The Augusta F1R-2 Pro will be running multiple “Cut & Crease” applications highlighted by producing pocket folders at up to 480 folders per hour. Whether short-run packaging is printed offset or on the new 4-UP, 6-UP and 8-UP digital presses this high-end digital cutting machine creates high value products quickly and efficiently.
