One of these materials is honeycomb board. Honeycomb board is very popular and is increasingly being used for a wide range of transport protection solutions.

This is because honeycomb board is not easy to die-cut due to its honeycomb structure and material thickness. In addition, a tool for thick materials must have special equipment: This includes special knives, a suitable anvil and special ejector technology."
Another requirement is that the tool has to be individually tailored to the customer's needs and the material to be die-cut. Kiesel continues: “Only if all these factors are taken into account the tool can perfectly penetrate the thick material and deliver optimal die-cutting results.” With Marbach's special tools for honeycomb board, thick materials can therefore be die-cut safely and reliably.
