EMD Electronics highlights Innovations in Materials Intelligence and AI at SEMICON West 2024

EMD Electronics will showcase innovation addressing the semiconductor ecosystem’s greatest opportunities and challenges in R&D, sustainability, and workforce development through collaboration

EMD Electronics, the Electronics business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in the U.S. and Canada, has announced its plans for SEMICON West 2024. Highlights of this participation include two keynote presentations at the show’s CEO Summit by Kai Beckmann, Member of the Executive Board of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, and CEO Electronics, and John Langan, Chief Technology Officer of Electronics.

The company’s contribution to the official SEMICON West program will showcase its Materials IntelligenceTM as an enabler of AI and semiconductor innovation, along with its commitment to advancing R&D, sustainability, and workforce development through collaboration. SEMICON West will take place from July 8th to July 11th in San Francisco, CA.

EMD Electronics will join thousands of semiconductor industry professionals from the global electronics supply chain at SEMICON West. Attendees will include the companies providing the equipment, materials, software, devices, and services that enable the technologies used to create a smarter world. This year’s theme, “Stronger Together,” advocates for partnership and collaboration to effectively address the industry’s opportunities and challenges.
