Zecher GmbH, the pioneer of anilox rollers, and Ulmex Industries GmbH, the specialist for laser cleaning systems, will be once again exhibiting together at this year's ICE Europe in Munich from March 11 to 13. The two companies will be presenting their latest technological developments at the renowned trade fair and strengthening their strategic partnership.
The joint trade fair appearance will focus on two highlights: the innovative engraving optimization Zecher C.P.T. (Cell Polish Treatment) and the newly developed Evolight laser cleaning system. Both innovations underline the companies' efforts to further promote efficiency, sustainability and quality in the printing and converting industry.
The engraving optimization Zecher C.P.T. sets new standards in engraving technology. The cell geometry, polished by thermal post-treatment, increases the mechanical stability of the roller surface and enables even more precise ink transfer, even at varying printing speeds. This leads to improved and more consistent print quality and a more efficient ink consumption. In addition, the optimized structure of the cells makes the printing process less sensitive to imperfections and thus enables consistently high quality results.
At the same time, Ulmex will be presenting the latest version of its laser cleaning systems, the Evolight, which has been designed as a more cost-effective alternative to the Evolux for cleaning anilox rollers and sleeves. The system uses existing laser technology, but is limited to simple functions. This makes it more cost-effective and particularly suitable for customers who are looking for the quality of Ulmex without the higher investment costs of an Evolux. Evolight combines innovative laser cleaning technology with user-friendly operation, thereby reducing both maintenance and operating costs. In addition, it meets the highest environmental standards by dispensing the use of chemical cleaning agents.
