HOK Renews ARC Document Solutions MPS Engagement and Upgrades Platform

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: ARC), the nation's leading document solutions provider for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, today announced that global design, architecture, and engineering firm, HOK, has renewed its managed print services (MPS) contract with ARC for five years. The award-winning, internationally-known firm was among the first and largest of ARC's MPS customers.

"Our relationship with HOK has been excellent from the onset of our partnership," said Ted Buscaglia, Senior Vice President, Global Solutions for ARC. "They've shown themselves to be fearless innovators in the use of technology not only in their design practice, but also in tackling their document and content management challenges. They've inspired us to develop better products and provide better service than we ever thought we could."

Ranked by both Engineering News-Record and Architectural Record magazines as the number one architecture/engineering firm in the U.S., employee-owned HOK is responsible for some of the most high-profile, sustainable and creative built-environments in the world.

With their renewed engagement of ARC's services, St. Louis-based HOK elected to upgrade and standardize on the latest version of Abacus, ARC's proprietary software for managing, maintaining, and tracking enterprise print network activity. HOK's 1,600 employees in 24 regional offices on three continents around the world make use of all of ARC's document solutions, including the provision and management of their enterprise-wide print network, device optimization, software integration and training for its offices.
