All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a leading international manufacturer of packaging solutions, as well as a pioneer in digital printing, is continuing its global growth strategy. Last week Sérgio Botteselli and Enrico Valeri, owners of Visionflex Soluções Gráficas Ltda. (“Visionflex”), a renowned label company in São Paulo (Brazil), signed an agreement for the company to become a 100% subsidiary of the All4Labels Global Packaging Group.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
With this transaction, All4Labels is strengthening and expanding its footprint in the southeastern region of Brazil, establishing a significant presence in São Paulo, one of the most crucial economic hubs of Brazil and Latin America: Guido Iannone, President of All4Labels Central and South Americas, emphasizes: “We are extremely pleased and proud to welcome the entire Visionflex team as new colleagues of the All4Labels Global Packaging Group and we are keen to develop the business further.
