Bell and Howell Teams with Xplor to Launch Mobile Mail App To Debut at Xploration® Conference

Bell and Howell, a leading global provider of multi-channel communications solutions, and Xplor International, the electronic document systems association, will introduce a new mobile mail app at the Xploration® 14 Customer Communications Conference March 25 through March 27 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive in Florida. The conference brings together leading companies and experts in the fields of print, Web, mobile and social communications.

The app will deliver relevant news and information to Xplor members and those interested in electronic document communications.

The app is currently available in both Android and iOS platforms and is downloadable through Apple App and Google Play stores, and via GetXplorMobile.com on smartphones.

"We've been working with Bell and Howell for quite some time now to develop this new mobile delivery system for those who want relevant industry news and information on the go," said Skip Henk, President and CEO of Xplor International. "I'm very excited to be able to introduce it at Xploration 14."

Bell and Howell will be demonstrating the Xplor app and other electronic solutions in booth 117 at Xploration 14. Mike Lambert, Vice President and General Manager of Bell and Howell's Enterprise Software group, will be presenting "How Mobile Technology Fits in a Multi-Channel Strategy" on Tuesday, March 25 at 1:30 p.m. in the Salon F room. Lambert will also participate in two panels: "Is Mobile Technology Just the New Buzzword?", March 25 at 10:30 a.m. in the Oleander B room; and "Where is Your Digital Mailbox?", March 26 at 9:30 a.m. in the Oleander B room.

"We have developed mobile technology that can be easily white-labeled and deliver branded, opt-in, fast-response communications to customers via their smartphones," said Ramesh Ratan, CEO of Bell and Howell. "Our mobile mail solutions can deliver secure personalized bills, statements and marketing messages via a branded mobile mail app without the high costs and complexity of developing one internally."
