Matt Swain to Lead Keynote Panel at Xplor Breakfast during GRAPH EXPO

Matt Swain, Director for InfoTrends' Customer Communications and Document Outsourcing Services, will be moderating Xplor's breakfast keynote session during GRAPH EXPO for the second consecutive year. The panel will take place September 30th from 8:30 – 10:00 am at McCormick Place North, room N426a in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Swain and his panel will present on the topic of Optimizing Customer Communications Workflows: Addressing Market Shifts and Evolving Client Requirements. Swain will be joined by Tim Cooper, Senior Vice President and Chief Architect Information Technology at NCP Solutions/Hartland Clarke, Bruce Heverly, CEO of One2One Communications, and Adam Strack, CIO for Microdynamics Group. Together, they will explore how and where print service providers are making technology investments to address market shifts and evolving client requirements.
