Steinemann Technology appoints KBA Latina as new sales and service partner for Mexico

KBA Latina maximises the potential of Steinemann Mexico / Partnership will offer customers solutions for technical and commercial services as well as spare part support

Steinemann Technology AG of St. Gallen, Switzerland, has appointed KBA Latina as new sales and service partner for its highly productive print finishing systems for Mexico. KBA Latina offers significant experience in capital equipment marketing and sales, and runs one of the industry's best service and support facilities. The agency agreement did have full effect on 1. October 2013.

Steinemann and KBA Latina will be a highly successful partnership that offers our customers solutions for technical and commercial services as well as spare part support", said Markus Müller, Head of Marketing and Sales at Steinemann Technology.

Stefan Deuster, Managing Director of KBA Latina, says: "With our extensive print experience, we appreciate the quality and capabilities of Steinemann products, and are excited about welcoming them to the KBA Latina organisation. We believe that our dynamic approach to sales and service will further enhance the Steinemann name in Mexico."

KBA Latina operates what it describes as an entrepreneurial based sales approach. "Straightforward equipment purchases are no longer the order of the day. We believe that you have to work with customers to demonstrate cost savings or productivity increases, and couple these with a detailed understanding of finance and deal structuring to provide benefits to all parties", said Stefan Deuster.

KBA Latina provides an effective distribution capability, incorporating a national service network of engineers. Part of the KBA Latina strategy is to ensure quick and efficient servicing for existing product users, knowing that a satisfied existing user base is more likely to establish a good reputation for a product.
