Secondly, we have been working with many people in the industry to bring an educational event to the market to help organizations deal with the COVID-19 crisis and keep up with the rapid changes that are occurring. Block your calendars for May 6 to learn from industry experts, customers, and vendors as we practice social distancing through the First Customer Communications Virtual Summit sponsored by leading vendors in the printing, content services, and accessibility marketspaces. This free full-day event will feature engaging thought leadership sessions, user experiences, product demonstrations, and collaboration opportunities to help you stay on top of the latest in Output Management, eDelivery, ECM, Archiving and Document Accessibility. More details regarding this virtual event will be communicated separately.

I also want to update you on the steps that Crawford Technologies has and will be taking during these extraordinary times. We continue to take all necessary and recommended steps to continue to protect the safety and health of our employees, partners, and their families to ensure appropriate continued service to our customers. As such, we have put measures in place to ensure the safe continuation of our business operations and continue to monitor communications from authorities to ensure our compliance with new guidance and recommendations.

Our key staff continues to work at home to provide remote telephone and online support to our customers and partners. In the facilities where on-site production must take place, appropriate protection measures and physical distancing guidelines are strictly adhered to.

Our IT systems and infrastructure are both robust and adaptable to cope with significant and disruptive events. Our entire support staff is well equipped to work from home and if required, can deploy technology to access systems remotely to resolve customer issues.

We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to provide award-winning support to our customers and partners.
