Neopost USA To Take Online Sales to New Heights with Apttus E-Commerce

The mailings solution leader prioritizes customer accessibility and convenience via new platform implementation

Neopost USA, a global leader in mailing solutions and a major player in digital communications and shipping services, today revealed the initial results of its successful launch of Apttus E-Commerce. Apttus, the category-defining Quote-to-Cash solution provider, was selected by Neopost USA to provide its customers with a state-of-the-art solution that allows users to easily order and pay for supplies and other goods offered to Neopost customers on its newly launched MyNeopost.com website.

The launch of the new MyNeopost.com website on March 2 positioned Neopost USA solidly in the digital commerce arena. In addition to allowing customers to utilize previously existing services – postage account tracking, online bill payment, reporting, and postage funds management – the new customer portal added services that enabled users to transact shipping solutions through the NeoShip service as well as send, print and archive critical business documents through the web-based NeoPreference service. On March 30, Neopost USA successfully launched a new feature on MyNeopost.com using the Apttus E-Commerce solution which enables customers to purchase and pay for supplies and other goods offered through the web portal.
