The globally active cutting die manufacturer Marbach is already in the starting blocks: From 27 to 29 September, Marbach will be showing its cutting-edge topics to visitors at FachPack in Nuremberg. The focus is always on the performance in packaging production.

Marbach will be presenting its latest products and services at FachPack 2022 in Hall 7, Stand 218.
Performance Package
The Performance Package is a special service offer from Marbach. Based on an analysis of the actual situation at the customer's site, an individual package of measures is developed for highest performance in packaging production.
CONNECT|M
The system solution CONNECT|M stands for the digitalisation of the diecutting process. The die-cutting machine and tool are connected to the user via the cloud. The result is performance data for packaging production at the touch of a button. For more transparency in the die-cutting process and as a basis for decision-making for optimisation and quick reaction in case of deviations.
Tools for honeycomb corrugated board
One material solution that is increasingly being used as an alternative for transport protection for reasons of sustainability is honeycomb corrugated board. However, there are numerous challenges when die-cutting this material, for which Marbach offers special die-cutting tool solutions.
Marbach greenplate
The carrier board of the Marbach greenplate consists of 30% primary material (birch from Nordic forests), 70% secondary material from regional forestry. Due to its special structure, the greenplate has very good technical properties and also advantages in terms of ecological sustainability and security of supply.
marbaject
The latest product from Marbach's innovation forge is not a tool but an ejector rubber: The new rubber marbaject was specially designed for optimal function during the die-cutting process. It is characterised by its high rebound elasticity, its wear resistance and its long service life. In addition, it protects the holding points and has a good adhesive function on the one hand, but can also be removed again without leaving any residue if necessary. Another plus: marbaject is ISEGA-certified and can therefore also be used in the food sector.
