Labelexpo Global Series has announced that registration is now open for Labelexpo South China 2024, the only dedicated event in the region for the labels and package printing industry. The show takes place between 4-6 December 2024 at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center.
Returning to Shenzhen for the first time since 2020, Labelexpo South China 2024 aims to equip converters with in-depth label and package printing trade knowledge and to showcase the industry’s newest technologies.
Hundreds of live demonstrations of the latest flexo, digital and hybrid narrow web presses alongside automated finishing lines will be on display.
Digitization, automation and sustainability are also key trends that will be a focus at this year’s show.
Weigang, for example will display ZJR S350 Pro Hybrid (Flexo/Digital) Printing Machine, WG S350 Digital Printing Machine and WG S230 Digital Printing Machine.
The show feature areas include an RFID/Smart Zone focusing on RFID technology development and application, a Label Academy master class focusing on label materials as well as a series of summits focusing on digital technology, flexible packaging, web-to-print and an exploration of the overseas market.
RAIN Alliance will host a one-day training session on the second day of the show looking into RAIN RFID encoding.
Labelexpo South China 2024 will also provide a platform for shared learning throughout the label and package printing industry by jointly hosting the 20th Packaging and Printing Annual Conference alongside The Packaging Printing and Labeling Professional Committee of the China Packaging Federation.
Over 180 exhibitors have confirmed to take part including OMET, EPSON, Weigang, Hongsheng, Label Source, DMS Digital, Caisheng, AKO, HanGlobal Intelligence, Pulisi, Flora, General Inkjet Printing, Arojet, Fedrigoni, Youhua New Materials, Hengchengxiang, and Fangda Materials, Jinya, Denchern Machinery, Yutian Machinery, Reborn, Deguan Machinery, King Label, Antac Label, Piaozhihua, DaRui Laser, 3M, HOACO Automation, Soontomax, Todaytec Digital, Mingyou, Rotary, XPX Machinery, Zhilian, IECHO, CHILI, Cherrmo, Zhuoli along with domestic and foreign enterprises.
According to data from the Guangdong Printing and Reproduction Association, Guangdong is the most developed province in China's printing industry, with over 17,000 printing enterprises and approximately 60,0000 employees.
