MB Bäuerle, the manufacturer of folding and inserting systems, will present its multi-format high-performance inserting system autoSET B4 at this year's Graph Expo (booth #1667).
This inserting system is characterized by a high degree of variability combined with top-level operating convenience. The autoSET B4 can handle all formats from DL to B4 and is ideal for applications where maximum output and minimal setup times are required.
Thanks to its modular design, it is possible to adapt the inserting system to individual customer needs. As an option, addressing and postage meter modules as well as stitching devices can be integrated into the system. Different types of feeders at the insert stations allow the processing of a wide range of materials.
The outstanding feature of the autoSET technology is the complete automation. All settings are made at the ergonomically positioned touch screen display. A simple touch is sufficient for calling up a job from the memory and the setting automation sets up all relevant modules.
The software system solutions from MB Bäuerle ensure maximum transparency, security and productivity when processing documents. MB inserting systems may, for example, be supplemented by further software modules such as monitoring or file-check.
