Personalized campaigns: Sidekix relies on Konica Minolta for further professionalization

Sidekix, a specialist in marketing campaigns, was the first Dutch marketing fulfillment company to invest in Konica Minolta's AccurioJet KM-1. This B2+ UV inkjet printing system enables the company to produce personalized products faster and work with a wider range of materials.

Sidekix has grown enormously in recent years - from 10 to 80 employees - and needed more production capacity. Since the marketing specialist has been working with Konica Minolta for more than ten years, choosing a service provider and supplier of production printing systems was easy.
The AccurioJet KM-1 digital printing system is known as the Swiss Army Knife of the printing industry because of its versatility. It opens up new possibilities for Sidekix, such as higher volumes and printing on various types of paper, cardboard, plastic and canvas. This will enable Sidekix to offer its customers more variety in the future and expects to expand its range of packaging.
Tjeerd Nijenhuis, co-owner of Sidekix: "We have been working with Konica Minolta for over ten years, a company that has always delivered the promised quality. The AccurioJet KM-1 offers the solution for customers who want to send a large number of personalised mailings. We are currently the only mailing company in the Netherlands to use this fast system, which is a major advantage over the competition.

The AccurioJet KM-1 is a fully digital inkjet printing system, so there are no set-up costs. As Sidekix often has to process large volumes - just think of personalised letters with different initials and codes - this system is the ideal choice.
In the future, Sidekix aims to serve a large number of consumer brands in the Netherlands. Nijenhuis concludes: "We already work extensively with large organisations in the field of personalised mailings and we intend to expand this further by offering personalised packaging. With the KM-1, we are confident that we can handle the volume for the new markets we want to serve in the coming years".
