New HP DesignJet Z9+ Models and HP Latex Printers Enable Creative Designs
At the upcoming Heimtextil (January 8-11, 2019 in Frankfurt), HP will present a variety of design highlights in hall 3, booth F81.These can be printed by HP Latex Printers on almost any substrate and material – be it textile, PVC or laminate. Solid materials such as wood, glass or aluminum are also among the almost 2,000 substrates that – thanks to the water-based latex inks – can be printed without changing the surface haptics. The new HP DesignJet Z9+ models enable design studios to print this creative diversity for their customers in highest quality, and projects are visualized in interaction with HP Sprout.
In addition to the printer highlights at booth F81, the machine itself will also be showcased as will be a series of designs created in collaboration with US designer Jennifer Hunt and printed on HP Latex Printers.
The HP DesignJet devices provide excellent results, whether it is color-intensive photos, posters, technical drawings or colored textiles – the new HP DesignJet Z9+ being no exception. The machine offers a wide range of graphic and technical applications and enables prints in professional photo quality.
The HP Latex printers are already the standard for design studios. They continuously convince by high printing speeds, brilliant colours and scratch-free ink. With the new HP latex color spectrum on rigid substrates, HP now offers businesses a range of additional options for printed products. A small selection of the different printing results will be presented at the HP booth, among others a printed sofa, lampshades and window shutters to laminated furniture and PVC flooring.
At Heimtextil, HP will also present the HP Latex 570 printer. It is equipped with an optimised printing system, an automatic skew adjustment and spindle-less handling, enabling an easy handling and thus efficient workflows at low costs. In addition to conventional signage printing, the HP Latex 570 can also be used to produce long-lasting textile prints.
Furthermore, HP latex machines print on environmentally friendly materials. The HP booth will feature screens made from recycled plastic bottles, as well as PVC-free wallpapers. The HP Latex inks themselves are also environmentally friendly: They are water-based, do not emit harmful emissions and do not smell unpleasant after printing.
