Roland DG ZT-1900 delivers exciting new digital opportunities in textile print

Roland DG EMEA today announces the new ZT-1900, its largest, most productive textile printer to date. The ZT-1900 1.9m wide high-production dye-sublimation printer offers fast ROI due to impressively low running costs and efficient ink performance. It delivers superb quality print on applications including; fashion, sportswear, personalised interior decoration and soft signage.

High-production and High-precision
The new ZT-1900 enables reduced delivery times whilst delivering high-quality work to the most demanding customers with fast printing speeds - 220sqm/hr in draft mode and 150sqm/hr in production mode – and a mirrored CMYK configuration for increased productivity. An integrated infrared dryer means quick drying, and a 5 kg ink container capacity enables fast finishing, while high levels of automation allow 24-hour production. The control software included on the printer means that ripped files can be printed again and again to allow re-printing of the same jobs quickly and easily.
Four high-precision double-channel Kyocera printheads deliver fine detailed text, superior image quality and vibrant solid colours. Roland's high-density dye-sublimation inks produce a wide colour gamut and are compatible with coated and uncoated paper for production versatility. For extra flexibility the ZT-1900 also handles lightweight paper (>18gr/sqm) and large paper rolls up to 450kg to reduce paper cost and increase printing time without stops.
